Terms & Conditions
Our parties are available on the following days and times:
- Saturdays
- 2pm – 3:30pm
- 4pm – 5:30pm
- Sundays
- 11:30am – 1pm
- 1:30pm – 3pm
- 3:30pm – 5pm
Additional Notes:
- Available from ages 5-12 years.
- Minimum number of children to run a party is 10.
- A responsible adult must be present for the duration of the party.
- 50% deposit is required upon booking.
- Full payment is required one week before the booking.
- If you notify us less than a week before that you would like to cancel the party, we will keep the deposit.
- There isn’t a discount if you would like less children than the package states.
- Included in the packed lunch is sandwich, crisps, fruit and a drink.

Bolton Arena Sports Village is a trading name for Middlebrook Leisure Trust which is a registered charity.
It is our mission to inspire people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to follow a lifelong passion for sport and healthy lifestyles through the provision of excellent sport & exercise facilities and sports programmes which are accessible to all.
Governed by a board of trustees, surplus revenues are reinvested into the facility, activities to benefit the local community.
